If it is necessary to cancel/skip any scheduled cleaning, please notify us 2 business days prior to your scheduled service day. That will allow us to reassign the team to another appointment and make the necessary announcements to the customers scheduled before or after your appointment. A charge of $25 would apply. We would waive this fee if service is rescheduled during the same week.
We would need to charge the full price if we came out to your home, but do not have access because no advance notice of a rescheduled was advised.
