Q. How many people do you send to clean a home?
A. It would depend on the size of the home to be cleaned. Typically, we have teams of 2 Specialists, but at no time there would be more than 3 persons in a home.
Q. How do we pay for maid services?
A. We require a valid credit card on file, but you always have the option of paying with check at the time of the clean.
Q. How are your cleaning prices compared to other house cleaning services?
A. These are no Franchise royalties for us to pay, so those fees would not be passed to our customers. All decisions are made locally, so we have the flexibility of creating a cleaning solution to match any budget.
Q. Would there be a problem with animals in the home?
A. Pets are typical in most homes, and our staff is trained on how to work around them.
Q. Do you reuse rags from house to house?
A. No. Each specialist would have enough clean micro fiber rags for each home on that day.
Q. Are your cleaning products safe?
A. We never mix solutions and our products are green-friendly and safe . The main difference is we use the commercial line, and all research data could be found online on these products.
Q. Why do you require 48 hours prior notice from customers to cancel a scheduled service?
A. We have other callers inquiring for service on specific days, due to move out or move in situations, but sometimes cannot accomodate due to manpower already assigned to the existing schedule. We also have Cleaning Specialist scheduled to come in to work based on the "set" schedule. When there is a last minute cancellation, it impacts the business and other scheduled customers in a negative way.
Q. Who is your typical customer?
A. We service all type homes, from the traditional condo to the homes of some professional athletes in the area. The majority of our customers opt for bi-weekly cleaning (every 2 weeks), but we also offer weekly, tri-weekly, monthly and one time service.
Q. Do you have a physical location customers can actually visit with concerns?
A. Actually, we have 2 centrally located offices - one office located in Fairfax VA, and the other in the Kentlands MD. We are open for business Monday through Friday (except on Holidays) during the hours of 9am - 4pm. We are working on our 3rd location in the Howard County MD area coming soon.
Q. Do all of your Cleaning Specialist speak english?
A. We are a non-discriminating employer and have a diverse, multi-cultural staff. Good communication is important, so we ask clients to contact our office with any special requests or instructions. We will add all pertinent information to the Team's work orders. For same day instructions, the Team Leaders are in touch with the office throughout the work day, so we can easily relay a message for you even while they are working in your home.
Q. Do I have to be present in the home while the cleaners are there?
A. Most customers leave a key to their home at our office where they are coded and only given to the Specialists on the day of service. This way you would not have to wait around for our arrival in the event the customer before you wants additional services performed at the last minute. We do offer two (2) arrival windows; between 8:00am - noon, and noon - 3:00pm Monday through Friday.
